Friendly service. professional I will rent again

People were sitting around watching a football game. The person running it didn’t have a printer to print out the contract. The outside of the truck was dirty with bugs and dirt covering the windshield.

That they double check their numbers for mileage when putting on contract. And to make sure customer take pictures of the dash for mileage and gas. If I hadn't the mileage would've been hard for me to prove. They had put 465 less miles on contract compare to what was actually on dash. Which made it seem like I used more miles when the truck was turned in. Their miles on contract 133,385 Miles on Truck at Pickup 133,850 Miles on Truck at Turn in 134,446 It had me owing a balance of over $400+ which I had to dispute. They refunded my money but that's not the point. Be more careful please!

I turned my trailer in 2 days early, the UHaul rep said I should get a $40 refund (2 days @$20/day)

Guys were extremely helpful and courteous. Service was fast and friendly.

Setup for pickup and drop off were not helpful. Had to stop at additional uhaul to pick up moving blankets. Everything before pickup, during rental and at drop off wasn’t easy. Coordination with movers was decent.

One of the car dollies had missing rivets on the right side and the tail light was hanging. And it also had a hairline crack that turned into a big crack as we traveled.
