Attendant seemed a bit aggitated that we brought truck back sooner than planned. We had no clue how long we were going to need it, never had to use one before so nothing to compare. Just a tad rude considering we paid by the mile not the hour.

Location said I turned in truck with no gas added. Charged me $36.00. I had to send a picture in to U-Haul customer service showing gas gauge with matching odometer to show gas was added. Thankfully I took a picture at drop off or I would have been out $36.00. They only had one other truck at this location. This was really shady.
Donald WHave staff available and trained to deal with rental customers. The girl that was there was not familiar with the process, and it caused a minor hiccup with the rental. It all worked out, but still kind of a hassle.

JAMES WIf you plan to get your uhaul early in the morning, I suggest you do the online pick up yourself. I had to wait for someone to wake the owner up to have him drive to the store to get my ordered truck to me. I was supposed to have it picked up and gone by 8 and did not leave out of there until after 9.
