Erich CThe app check in process was a nightmare during winter. Taking photos of all sides in freezing windy temps and the cell service not being great meant that it took me about 40min to complete the check in while on a time limit. Not to mention you can’t check in until your specific pick up time so even if I showed up 40min earlier I still couldn’t have done it. Then to have to take photos after dropping it off was another 40min. No option to upload photos from device you have to take them through the app. The key kept getting stuck in the ignition which was very frustrating and overall it was just miserable for the amount of money I wound up paying for it seeing as I wanted the van and wound up getting a 15’ truck for one item of furniture. I took what I could get. I truly appreciate U-Haul as an available service, and the truck was relatively clean at pick up, however the mobile check in and out processes need updating and think I paid way too much for that stressful experience.

Eric BEven though the location was not clean and inviting, it served me well. The personal was proficient and prompt and helpful. The location was convenient. I would do business with that location in the future. The only criticism was that I requested a 15 foot truck weeks ago and it wasn't until the day before pick up that I knew I was getting the truck I requested.

Richard RIt’s too bad U haul cannot give credit for extra gas left at drop off. We left at least 1/4 more than when we picked up AND were charged for the 7 miles we went over our 163 allotted miles.

Kevin BThe first time I went she claimed I cancelled my reservation and then the next time I actually got my rental.I filled the truck up with gas before bringing the truck back but somehow she claims it was under and it was registering as something else so very unprofessional and dishonest
Serena RThe truck I rented had lots of cigarette ashes and smelled in the cab so the clothes now smell like cigarettes, otherwise not a bad experience at all. Staff was very friendly ( especially the cat). I would rent from them again when needed.
