The online experience was ok, but the text I got to take pics before leaving I didn’t see until after I left. Also, no hitch pin was included and I drive through some pretty bumpy areas BEFORE we got home and past all the hardware stores where I could have picked one up. Those little things would have been helpful. Overall, very friendly and helpful and the trailer worked out great for us.
