I originally booked a 10' truck in Oxford, MS. I went in 2 days early to do the paperwork and found out that you did not have and were not going to get any 10' trucks. Also I was told that there were none of these truck available in north Mississippi. I was then told that 100% does not mean 100% to U-Haul. I was able to get a 6X12' trailer, but had to drive an hour away to get it. Jennings was wonderful to work with but U-Haul promising me something then not having it was very poor. If I move again I doubt I will use U-Haul. I am sure not going to recommend your organization to anyone.

DONNA NU-haul charged me three times for a one day rental. My charged is 55.10mover drawn and i wish this matter can be taking care of and this is not on Jennings part its uhaul that didi this. It has been two days now and the matter has not been resolved.
