They didnt have alot of the accommodations at location. Also was being overcharged when going through the computer at location, rather than using phone to pre order truck. Make cash app card available to use at location. Also, tap to pay would be useful
Richard AUpon arriving the rental agent was friendly and cooperative but was unable to help with any of the completion of the inspection or any other items along with the vehicle had debris still inside the cargo space also check engine light was on with no concern from the rental agent I've used U-Haul three times in the last 30 to 45 days and very satisfied with everything this was a relocation long distance approximately 160 Miles and the check engine light made me a little nervous hoping I wouldn't be stuck with all my stuff out on the road other than that it was fine
