Great customer service

JOYCE GThe guy there was very rude. The area was poorly lit & therefore we didn’t see a sign not to block a gate & we accidentally blocked the gate. The guy there was very rude asking me multiple times “can you read the sign?” in response to anything I said. We offered to move the trailer even though we’d already unhooked it & was at the part of return where you take pictures of the rental. He just huffed & said he’d have to move it himself before walking away. There were no signs posted on where to park any returns or anything, not that we could have seen them anyway at 10pm when we returned it due to how poorly lit the area was.
AMANDA Di was humiliated by the rep he was very demeaning and rude i called and reported the incident.He went as far as telling me he ain’t sure my payment would go through and i told i am a business owner and he told me that didn’t mean anything that a guy he knew and he was a businessman and he went to jail and he had to wait 3 days to get out of impound .

MASON HEverything was good with pick up, except our van smelled like rotten milk from the previous user. When I went to drop off the van, there was no one there even though it was 11:45 am. I tried to call and no one answered. This was frustrating as directions for return were not clear.
Tanya RHorrible experience from the start. Mobile app did not work and we had to call customer service and be walked though how to obtain the keys. Once we had possession of the vehicle the tire pressure was at 20 psi on both back tires when we picked it up. They needed 80 psi. Gas was at a 1/4 of a tank. Gas should always be filled upon renting and returning a rental. We also had ordered a furniture dolly which was not in the truck. Overall, I will never rent from U-Haul again. Home Depot and Penske are a million times more customer serviced based.

Michael KI used the online check in option and when I got the truck it was clean but needed maintenance. The steering was awful and it jumped every time I stepped on the gas. I had to keep turning the steering wheel back and forth in order to stay straight. The gas mileage was terrible. Almost $8 for a 16 mile trip. This work horse needs to be sent to the glue factory!

The location for me couldn't be more perfect (I only live approx 3 blocks from the place) and Randy, the owner, couldn't be more nicer. I would definately recommend this Uhaul location to anyone who is in need of moving assistance.

JOSEPH SVendor very rude and unprofessional. I will rather tote the furniture on my back, then to go to this location. I got out truck without looking at mileage. He would not return to truck with me to let me verify mileage or gas. Something needs to be done
VERONICA BWe set on the expressway for 8 hours due to a blowout on 275 in Tampa. When they finally got there with a new car hauler it had a blown seal on one of the tires so 4 more hours on the highway they brought a new truck. we had to go into a hotel and start over the next day. Then we got our new truck around 11:30. We made it to Valdosta and had to stop again. UHaul paid for both nights in another hotel. What a pain in the **s. They tried to make it up to us but I don't feel that was an even trade.

ANDREA BMy reservations was switched while I was in route to pick up the van. From Tropicana to to this Jet Ski place. Jet Ski was filthy and when I asked the gentleman if I would get the van in the picture he said no and if I don't want the one he had he can give it to another customer. Overall, I was disappointed in the service and not use again.

MARC OIt took 30 min to get the code to the box for the key. I only had a four hour rental. Neighborhood was creepy also.
Heather GJulian was excellent. He was polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and patient with me and my questions. His "hook-up" was fast. My appointment was at 1000 hours. Julian had me out of there and on the road by 1015 hours. Great experience!

Clifton SI’m pretty sure he lives at his building. When you walk in there’s a bed to the right, there’s stuff piled up he had to dig through to get out blankets we rented for our 4 day Haul from Florida to Montana. The truck was older and although it did get us here in one piece it took 2300 in fuel when we budgeted 1800! We had rain the last 5 hours of our trip, there was a patch fix on the roof of the Uhaul that you could see daylight through and you guessed it, from the boxes in the extra few ft of space to every mattress was soaked! Now keep in mind, hurricane surge from helene and Milton was the reason we had to move home! We took what we had left! Just to have water damage more of what we had left. There was no other supplies to purchase there so I had to go to another Uhaul and pick up more boxes and tape.

ANTONETTE MOffice was locked and I was unable to pick up keys for 30 minutes. I knocked on the door and nothing. Finally found a number to call and a rude man answered and made it seem like I was annoying him that he had to come let me in. Wouldn’t go to this location again.
Elisabeth DThis was not the first time I've checked out or checked in a uhaul online, but it was definitely the most difficult. When I couldn't get the truck checked back in, I tried calling the location. No one was there and they were supposed to be open. I was told just drop the key in the drop box. When I said I can't get the pictures to go through, I need someone to check the truck. I don't want to be charged extra later because I can't prove I did everything I was suppose to. The owner replied, "I don't know what to tell you." Horrible service. He certainly didn't have a problem calling me after 7pm the day before telling me the truck I reserved was also reserved at 3pm, so I needed to have the truck on time, but he couldn't help when I needed it.

William MThe owner was fantastic. U-Haul messed up and didn’t have a vehicle at the original location I had reserved so they booked me for here… not checking that the location closed an hour and a half after my pickup time. The owner went ahead and processed my order despite being closed and had me on my way with no issues. Would give him 5/5 stars if I could! Location seemed a bit of a rough location and the cops ended up being called for a different incident not related to my reservation.

Diann CExcellent service, the owner/manger went out of their way to retrieve a vehicle transport trailer and have it ready for pick up on the day needed. Did some paperwork and was out in 15 minutes. I am very grateful for the level of service as I had a strict time schedule. Recommend them for you transport needs.

christine STo improve for the next customer a door bell ring to notify the attendant that someone is at the door would make the pickup process on time. This is also a repair shop and it seems that the place is close unless one comes around the store to get someone to open the door for business. Otherwise the pickup and drop off of the truck went well.
Evette PWe rejected insurance, but the guy signed us up for insurance regardless he gave us no paperwork and mislead us then when we extended our rental we had to pay way too much per day. This guy is shady. When we called him he said it was our word against his We did not agree to insurance He ripped us off I'm very disappointed

Juliet TNot having a person on-site and having U-Hauls system out of order created many issues for us. I would NEVER recommend anyone using a remote site. It caused us to use an entire hour of our rental just to get the truck due to system issues. Waste of time.
Jo AI had no clue U-Haul had trucks for rent at this location! The ease of scheduling the truck and the attentiveness of the shop owner, were great! One of my best experiences renting a truck from U-haul!
