I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the safety and customer service at this U-Haul location. First, the location is extremely congested, making it dangerous to maneuver a U-Haul vehicle. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the app required me to take photos for the check-in process. Due to the lack of space, I had to move to a nearby open area to safely document the vehicle’s condition. While doing so, a staff member approached me in a very aggressive and rude manner, despite it being clear that I was simply completing the required check-in process. Upon returning the vehicle, the situation remained poor. The lot was completely full, leaving me no choice but to park in the only available space. The same individual approached me again and was unprofessional, insisting that I reverse the vehicle into the exact same spot despite the extremely tight, high-traffic two-way road located immediately next to the parking area. This location is not set up to safely handle U-Haul rentals. The lack of proper parking makes the rental process high-risk for both the customer and the vehicle. I strongly recommend that U-Haul evaluate whether this location meets your safety standards for business operations.

I am glad I found this location. So close to where i live, only 5-10 minutes away. The staff is friendly, very helpful and courteous. I will continue renting from there. Good people!! Go and see them.
