I rent a 10'x20' unit at this location every year to store my pool furniture and a small convertible car which is not driven over the winter. Insuring the car only for seasonal use saves me almost enough on insurance to pay for the unit. It is a great arrangement and goes smoothly every year. I was so impressed with the customer service at this location. I had to put my daughter's items in storage during college break and they were so accommodating and helpful! have another unit with UHaul back home and the customer service at that big location is severely lacking. Tell your chat people it's ok to tell renters they need to provide credit card info before getting key. I had to stop rental process to call 888 number to understand why I wasn't given key to inspect interior if truck which was requested before the request for credit card info in the â€œcheck inâ€ process. This also became confusing since I reserved with a credit card. I now know for future rentals to go through your app - not your website. Your website doesn't let you take pictures. You looking for phone reps in Bethlehem Pa area.Ivy P.

I was under a different assumption of rates .. I had i known my reservation money for the truck would have not been refunded I would have not gotten the rental. Also had a problem with the mobile return check in which apparently caused my rate to go from 24 hours to 2 day costs. So all in all I paid uhaul an extra $80 for nothing .Rachel M.

when I called the Whitehall location I was told everything was there. then someone who actually worked at that location told me the equipment was not there and I had to go to a location further away. This is the second time this has happened when renting from your company and it is absolutely ridiculous that a main rental location didn't have a 10' truck and a tow dolly.Diane S.

We reserved our truck well in advance, however when we went to go pickup our truck at the Bethlehem, PA location on moving day we were told uhaul has no trucks at the moment. The salesman also showed sympathy or respect for us. He was very rude and offered no alternatives or help of any kind. Two hours of our time was wasted because of this issue. We spent those 2 hours on the phone with Uhaul searching for a truck. Finally, one truck was located for us at the Allentown, PA site. Uhaul needs to improve their reservation system. If a customer reserves a specific truck, it should be there when they go to pick it up.ATAUL Q.

The truck is really old. First time I started engine, it sounds horrible. I even thought it was broken or what. And I was charged for gas even after I did pump it up to the F. My guess is there must be something wrong with the truck...I contacted U-hual office, and was told I would be contact by some one next day. But I never got any contact from them. I called again today, and was told I would be contacted in three days. Hope they will not lose their word this time.yuze Z.
