I was so impressed with the customer service at this location. I had to put my daughter’s items in storage during college break and they were so accommodating and helpful! have another unit with UHaul back home and the customer service at that big location is severely lacking. I would highly recommend Jetport!!

Tell your chat people it’s ok to tell renters they need to provide credit card info before getting key. I had to stop rental process to call 888 number to understand why I wasn’t given key to inspect interior if truck which was requested before the request for credit card info in the “check in” process. This also became confusing since I reserved with a credit card. I now know for future rentals to go through your app - not your website. Your website doesn’t let you take pictures. You looking for phone reps in Bethlehem Pa area.

The hours were a little inconvenient as they are only open 9-3.. otherwise it was fine..

Not a lot of room to maneuver your vehicle with a trailer attached. The person who helped me was very nice. I'd use this location as a drop-off location again.

I was under a different assumption of rates .. I had i known my reservation money for the truck would have not been refunded I would have not gotten the rental. Also had a problem with the mobile return check in which apparently caused my rate to go from 24 hours to 2 day costs. So all in all I paid uhaul an extra $80 for nothing .
