Karla J.Tell your chat people it's ok to tell renters they need to provide credit card info before getting key. I had to stop rental process to call 888 number to understand why I wasn't given key to inspect interior if truck which was requested before the request for credit card info in the “check in†process. This also became confusing since I reserved with a credit card. I now know for future rentals to go through your app - not your website. Your website doesn't let you take pictures. You looking for phone reps in Bethlehem Pa area.
