Brought rental truck off at 4:30PM for drop off. Personnel wasnt there. Was told by Uhaul I can leave it overnight and that the overnight fee would be waived. Woke up the next day to the fee being charged, and Uhaul has yet to call me back after saying they would. After multiple attempts to contact, no such luck. I would not recommend using a service like this, when the reps on the phone say one thing just to rush you off the phone, but nothing gets done.

JUDITH BInside cab was full of mud from last customer. 2 weeks later, and I am still waiting to get my bill updated. They overcharged me 45 dollars, and still have not refunded me.
Michael CI was so impressed with the customer service at this location. I had to put my daughter’s items in storage during college break and they were so accommodating and helpful! have another unit with UHaul back home and the customer service at that big location is severely lacking. I would highly recommend Jetport!!
