I fell behind on a payment for two months I was going to call office wen someone picked up I told them I was going to make a payment when they tell me payment was already made I was upset because they took payment without my permission lucky I had the money in the bank I was going to call to make a payment arrangement they left me broke that week I wasn't very happy
DAVID C | Overall ExperienceI would not recommend this place! 3-4 weeks after I stored my stuff it was broken into and thing is the considerate thief put another lock on my unit after ransacking it so the office wouldn’t know that it was hit! Funny never known a thief to be considerate and replace a lock unless that thief knew the rules. There are no surveillance only at gate. Stay away !!!!!!
Jannette O | Overall ExperienceMy Storage unit was broken into within two weeks of moving in and not noticed by the staff. I had lost over $3500 worth of tools and personal belongings. I informed the caretaker that I no longer wanted the unit but was continually sent late notices for payments. This complex is completely miss managed and handled with incompetence. The facility completely lied about security.

TYGH V | Overall Experiencei never actually notified anyone i was ending my contract and moved my stuff out. so i guess you just assumed i was ending it . and thats fine i was going to cancel the contract. but what if i had moved my stuff out but was planning on moving new stuff in? i dont think you should end someones contract without them actually telling you they are done with it. but in this case i was done. thank you

JEANNE R | Overall ExperienceI rent a 10'x20' unit at this location every year to store my pool furniture and a small convertible car which is not driven over the winter. Insuring the car only for seasonal use saves me almost enough on insurance to pay for the unit. It is a great arrangement and goes smoothly every year. The units here are clean and safe and access is easy. I have never had any problems.
DAVID H | Overall ExperienceI put my stuff in there and some one went in there and stole some of my brand new stuff and I told them and they didn’t even say sorry for that or offer me anything to help me with this. When I moved in there they didn’t say I needed two locks there was 2 doors and when I check the other door it didn’t open I so assumed it was locked and it could not be open the reason they didn’t say anything about it. So I just moved all my stuff out of there to a better place! With cameras and all. So I will never recommend that place to anyone! Horrible place to rent from!! I can’t believe they never even called me about this! What real butt holes they are! That’s all I have to say and I will write a review on there site too.
