I wasted 40 minutes of my time trying to figure out how to get the keys to the van. Finally a young giy called someone to help because the number attached to uhaul was not in service. The number on the building went to voicemail only to find out people were inside the building. I followed all the instructions and when the lady finally came out with any urgency I explained to her and she talked to me as if I'm illiterate and I'm very intelligent. This was my first time renting a truck and there were no instructions given.

Tell them to make sure when they download the app to have their camera switched on otherwise they won’t be able to take pics nor upload photos and they have to at the location to complete the return process.
