First the lady called me the day before and told me that mobile pick up wasn't an option. Turns out it was definitely an option because NOBODY was at the building like she told me there would be. Probably won't choose this one again

Ordered a 20 ft truck with 3 dolly’s a hand truck and moving blankets. No one on site took a good 20 minutes to figure out pick up instructions. Truck was almost on empty. When I got home and realized none of the equipment I rented was there the associate told me” well you could go buy some” . Poor service poor location would not recommend unless they are the only location in Lagrange with your desired moving truck size lol
Justin CArrived with no one at the site and no way to contact a rep. When you call the number it goes to the wrong U-Haul site. So I had to wait on hold and have U-Haul try to reach out to them. Finally got the trailer and I mentioned to the rep multiple times we don’t want the insurance just the 29$ trailer. He told me he removed it. When I went to return the trailer he just charged the card and said I’m good. Turns out he added the insurance again so now I have to call and get it refunded. Worst U-Haul experience I’ve ever had.
