The keys weren't in the lockbox. Their Ipad to acess Uhaul info wasn't charged and their safe had a time on it so we had to wait for that in order to get the keys. Pickup took an additional 45 minutes. I was asked to switch to this location by U-haul and it was a major inconvenience on a Sunday evening. There were 3 violation stickers on the windows including one on the drive side front window. They told me I can just take them off. They were impossible to get off.
