Did not have 1/4 gas in tank per the contract requirement. Windows came in with violation “tow” stickers which made it hard to see clearly while driving with said stickers on the front windshield and driver side door. The location was unclear where the lockbox key was. Finally, U-Haul app did NOT work when I returned the U-Haul leading me to talk to a representative.

The keys weren't in the lockbox. Their Ipad to acess Uhaul info wasn't charged and their safe had a time on it so we had to wait for that in order to get the keys. Pickup took an additional 45 minutes. I was asked to switch to this location by U-haul and it was a major inconvenience on a Sunday evening. There were 3 violation stickers on the windows including one on the drive side front window. They told me I can just take them off. They were impossible to get off.
