The trailer itself was clean however it smelled like a dead animal inside. Otherwise everything was awesome. Very friendly people

Adam JarboeThe rental agreement turned out ok as the guy there tried his best to get me on my way it did take way longer than expected as I don't think they ever had any training from uhaul on how to do the paperwork. The only reason I even rented a truck is because I needed transportation as all other car rentals were out of vehicles. In the end I got to where I needed to go .
ken newmanThe person at the counter when I dropped off my rental had no knowledge of how do anything with Uhaul, he was from another of Jimmy's Market locations filling in, hard to get people who want and are willing to work these days not just here but all over. Had to come back later that day when the person who knew how to deal with Uhaul rentals was on. This person was helpful and knowledgeable, it would have nice to not have to have gone back a second time.

lisa cooperI was unable to haul the trailer back to the original location on time due to an incident that occurred on the return trip. I purchased Safe Trip and Safe Tow insurance. Not only was I billed additional money for a late delivery, I was unable to secure any roadside assitance from UHaul.

Grayson LailStaff had zero training and then a month later we received a charge for a wrong location drop off in florida... Ummm our contract says flemingsburg... Where we dropped it off... Contacted uhaul and they promised to fix it and make it right then bam... They ghosted and will no longer respond so we are just out the money.... Do not do business with them

Mark SchumakerI had to pretty much do check in and out all by myself epmployees were terribly trained. I was charged for almost 10 gallons of gas which was 38 dollars when I only drove equipment 6 miles. Also I forgot to return on time. I only needed vehicle for a couple hours but was told I have to keep for at least 24 hours and couldn’t return early so I was late on return and charged for a full day. Terrible experience biggest waste of time and money will never use or recommend the UHaul brand again.

Tammy Givensoriginal pick-up location was parkway service center , 7 miles away. got a call thurs. eve location change to jimmys at jellico, tn. 40 miles away. not pleased , didn't have have time to look for other options ! NOT HAPPY WITH U-HAUL

Robert StalkerThe lady working there did not have any idea what she was doing. She said she had no training. My husband is disabled veteran and she told him to unhook the trailer himself, he explained to there he had surgery and could not do that and she said take it over there and unhook it. He took the trails to the spot and she did come out to help him with it. We will not use this location again.
James PrimmThey did not help with anything, they gave us no paperwork except a post it note with the truck number on it. No one helped us put the trailer on and because of that we had no lights and the trailer jumped off and and hit the back of our truck.

christina hensonRented thru the 1 800 number. Was called back to be told there was no trucks at the location. First person was just a yes person to get you to rent. Had to go across state line to get at least at 10’ when I needed a 15 to 17. Which I had to pay for extra miles an gas usage. I also had rented a utility dolly, in which the location did not have, but their computer was showing 3 at location. Location people where friendly and tried to help. People on phone are just trying to get as much out of you as possible. I definitely will use Penske next time.

Aaron CourtneyI have rented a couple times from the Jelico location. Never again. The customer service has always been lacking. Yesterday I spent 2 hours trying to get to a car hauler that was in a bad location. There was another one that would have been easy to hook onto, but the service person said it was taken by a call in. I have never had any assistance at Jelico. Basically, you are on your own. Every other U-Haul location has pleasant customer service and they assist you in the hookup process.
Bruce StrineThe person working was perfectly nice, but couldn't leave the building because there wasn't anyone else there. I ran out and looked to verify the trailer #, which didn't match, and then have to swap out wiring harnesses with another trailer in order to try and get the lights to work. Still didn't so I went to the auto parts store to try and make them work. The trailer had a short so if I hit a bump, they would work or not work. I took it to OH like that.
Brenda BettacOnly thing we had a problem with is we didn't have another option but to rent the trailer for 4 days and had to pay that. But we only needed 2 days where told we would get money back when we turn it in and we didnt.
Amber MarlowTo no fault of the girl at the counter who helped me when I went to pick up and drop off the trailer, she was never trained in how to run the U-Haul system. Who ever is in charge of the rentals there needs to teach the employees how to run the system. The girl who was there did do her best and she was great and tried her best. The trailer lights weren't working which I forgot to mention before leaving and when I got back.
