I didn't drop off, there was no one there. My brother had to leave the key and couldn't pay. I had to request a receipt and then was charged more than I was quoted. I had requested 3 days to move and was given 1. Charged extra when my reservation pick up was changed and drop time and date were changed. Seems kind of suspect. Not sure how I can get a week to move in town for no extra charge but less than 24 hours to move 80 miles across 3 counties?
Brooke MWhile this location was acceptable, the entire experience was an absolute nightmare. I initially booked a rental to be picked up just a half mile from my home. Shortly after booking a text informed me the pickup location was moved 11 miles away. 2 calls attempts to resolve resulted in disconnections. 3rd call confirmed nearest location on day needed was at least 11 miles away. When I call back just a few hours later, after discussing with my husband, I was now told there was a truck just 1 mile from my house on the day I needed. Fast forward to pickup day. Truck is not at the location. Business rented it to a man who needed it just for a few hours and gave him $100 cash. Oops, he can't return it for 3-4 days!!. Now we get rescheduled at a location 8 miles away. Business closed so must do lockbox access. The process to get "approved" took 20 minutes.. chat became unresponsive and I had to resolve via phone. I left the location at 4:05pm and had it returned at 5:15pm. Just a whole lot of headache for a 1 hour rental!!!!
Peggy WThe drop off location was not very inviting. The location was very small and almost nowhere to park. Curb appeal not very friendly.
Courtney NThe windshield was cracked when I picked it up. It was stuck, I had to get it unstuck. I had to clean everything off (snow and ice). He had none of the accessories as far as boxes or dolly or covers. Would not recommend.
