The whole process was quick and the drop off location was perfect and very close.

Joy RMy pickup location was changed last minute and added an hour to my trip. Pickup location did a great job. Online ordered furniture pads but didn’t receive them but did not see a charge for them. Overall experience was very good but not too pleased with the last minute change in pickup.
