Are we for real? $700 was insane considering the low quality production of the vehicle. You guys probably don’t even read these. But no cruise control? No way to adjust the mirrors, not even manually? The audacity to sell me a lock for extra. I could justify the price if everything I listed was fixed. I have already told my friends to stay away from u-haul and use Penske instead. “Let’s not put in cruise control clot cut costs on vehicles but let’s add a retarded blue square you have to keep above the line to get the best fuel efficiency” I’d like to know what you guys were smoking with that one. “Keep your eyes off the road and watch this game we put on the dashboard” how did that pass a board of people/chain of command? And while I understand Bluetooth is not a necessity/safety feature, why is it even there if it’s not gonna work. Um, hello? Cut costs on everything but throw in the option to use Bluetooth. Not that it matters it, doesn’t work. Also when I went to pick it up. I picked it up from a CBD shop. What the hell? Is there anyone at u-haul with a functioning frontal lobe? Or did everyone decide to get lobotomies and not even invite me? But seriously, the guy setting me up was high, because of the aforementioned CBD shop, I don’t care if you wanna get high but don’t do it when you’re helping a customer out. And then he printed out my instructions and receipts and what not, and then he said “Well let’s kill more trees” as if trees aren’t regenerative. Like yeah maybe in the late 90s early 2000s paper was a problem but almost everything is online now. This dude was just unprofessional. And do you guys not keep a copy of any of my info online? When I signed up? Like, what? What was even the point of me typing any of it in. I had to give him all of my information again. The guy on CBD. That sounds stupid, doesn’t it? I understand credit card info, to hold the reservation. But what about drop off location? Emergency contact? My billing address? Also shouldn’t my card have just been on file? Why’d I have to give that to him again? In conclusion, 0/10 experience. Only way I’ll do this service again is for trailers. Never renting a box truck from you guys again.

Very welcoming and quick turn around
CAROLYN VSpeed up the rental process, and on line, remove all the sell ups. Very frustrating the sell-ups. However, the Uhaul place I went to did a great job.
