Have the Trucks filled with gas. When I received the truck I rented, I only had 22 miles left until I was out of gas. There was a lot of dirt and ashes inside the truck, so have the trucks cleaned. Also I was charged extra for a dolly with straps and the dolly I got didn't have straps and it kept unhooking to where it would lay down, not safe as my fingers kept getting slammed into it.

No blankets and had to go to different locations for dolly. If items can be ordered online or thru app then they should be available at locations renting product.

Location area very rough. One lady trying to handle all of the customers and help me with the rental. She was very nice but seemed unsure of the process so she had to keep calling the owner for instruction. Uhaul was supposed to send a coupon code because they had to move my pickup location, never received the code after calling multiple times and letting them know I didn't receive the code. It look me about 45 minutes to both check in and check out the truck in a VERY questionable location. Not a good experience..

The staff is nice and competent. I was able to extend my rental with no hassle. They explained all charges great service all around

Don’t reschedule the location of my pickup and then not have a truck available and then make me drive to three different locations to find a truck that I ordered and was “guaranteed” and then charge me $160.

They were very nice the truck was very clean. They were willing to help me anyway possible the the renting of the vehicle was fast I do recommend them and will use them again if I have to
