The issue is not the location. The issue is the whole service. Changed my reservation back and forth everyday. Then multiple messages making sure I'm on time, the I gotta sit there 20 minutes while you run verification at the time I'm picking up. Why wasn't verification done 3 days earlier when I made the reservation? So if I was unable to get verified, I would have wasted my time and gas to get there just to be told no? The key box your system told me to enter the code in was the wrong box. Your system showed me the return box as where I was supposed to get the key. The actual box was 10 feet away and not shown in the picture. While experience was ridiculous.

The trailer was damaged and had a difficult to operate hitch attachment. In fact, the hitch was so difficult to attach that the trailer became unhitched as soon as I got out onto the street. I was not the one who attached the trailer to my truck. However, the U-Haul employees were very apologetic and did all they could to assist me after the trailer came loose. I would use them again, although I will always recheck the security of the hitch in the future.

Online only service. Had to use the app to check the vehicle in and drop the key in a lock box. Was not aware when I chose this location as a return location.

The Truck had a check engine light on and a lack of power and the exhaust smelled bad of gasoline. And the truck burned fuel at a faster rate than previous U-Haul trucks we’ve rented causing us to have to put more gas back in it upon returning it. And for the return process please leave the gate code so people can return the truck after hours.
