Equipment I had requested was not available
Kathleen BHaving fuel tanks at 5/8ths full seems like a money grab. I can imagine an employee siphoning off gas to 5/8ths. Other than that, an overall excellent experience.

Rebecca SNot allow someone to rent something that does not exist. Give more than 2 days notice that they let you rent something that does not exist. Allow for drop off in ALL uhaul locations. Create a processing system that doesn't take 2 hours to go through.
Porscha NWe were notified after booking the trailer that we would not be able to drop off in Nelson, and would need to do drop off 70 km away in Trail. This was very disappointing. Staff at drop off location were the total opposite of the staff at pickup. It almost felt that I was intruding on their other business. I waited for someone to come to unhook the trailer and finally went back to the office to ask if it was ok to just unhook myself. They said yes, so I did and drove away. Definitely not the customer service I expected after the amazing people at pickup.

JAN KThe locations were fine, U-Haul was not. Communicate. I ordered a 12' trailer a week prior but was not informed until the day before pick up that it was unavailable. If I had known earlier I could have made other arrangements. I was also not told that the drop off location I had chosen had closed down 6 months prior until I picked up the 8' available trailer. Poor communication on both fronts

Kim WReturned truck after business hours. Used “chat line” for assistance using online return check in. Weak internet service prevented use of online check in but chat agent was very helpful and able to complete the process very quickly efficiently. Chat agent also emailed me, the report to verify that the check in was completed successfully. Great customer service.

JEAN BVery crowded location, difficult to find parking even without towing a trailer. Offer discount rates when i need a multi day rental. It was cheaper for me to rent a trailer 400km away and drop off here rather than rent from here and drive 400km to pickup a car to come back to this location. Saves them from having too much equipment on their crowded lot.
KEVIN SClean the truck mine was full of aquarium rocks in mom's attic, get ramps that work mine got stuck out and got stranded also was hung up on by uhaul when called stranded

GREGG HIt was a saturday and no one available. I downloaded the app and followed the instructions. It seemed simple enough.
George LThe headlights flickered and there were numerous spots on the vehicle that had damage. Also, when I asked about purchasing boxes from the location and if I could return them in the return city, they said yes. That turned out to not be the case and now I have e $120 boxes that I would like to return but will be difficult for me to do so.

Gary MWhen we picked up the truck, they did not have any of the furniture pads or dollies we had ordered. They told us to go to a Surrey location to get them, and when we got there we were told they did not rent these items unless they were renting us the truck. We had to make the move without them.

SATNAM SAfter a short time driving, the check engine light came on. Most of my trips had no cell service, so this was stressful.
Aaron ELittle congested site but staff are excellent in helping you connect to trailer and helping get underway. Very knowledgeable and patient when not familiar with processes to understand what is involved in completing the rental contract. Excellent experience!

EDITH SHow to pick up the equipment was unclear from the uhaul messages. It should be clear that the workers at the uhaul location will not be able to be of assistance since every aspect of pick up is supposed to happen on the app. This location was not even open during the time uhaul told me I could pick up my rental. Nothing was the location's fault, just unclear communication on uhaul's side
