Ramp was jammed with rocks, had to use a machine to pull the ramp out to use it.

STEVEN BWe were told to bring the haul into the trail drop which is an extra mileage and cost to us because there is no drop in our city, we also got charged for an added day but we were told to bring it in after the long weekend not happy with the extra charges. If we had not been advised to drop off after the long weekend we would not have taken an extra day, I also don't think customers should have to pay extra mileage if there is no drop in the city you move to.
