The cab of the box truck was filthy. Sand all over the floor. All the interior of the windows were dirty. Cup holders dirty with cigarette ashes. Dashboard was filthy/ dusty. Seats were dirty. Basically, the entire inside of the cab wasn't cleaned, disinfected, wasn't vacuumed, pictures left behind cab seats, the inside of the box truck itself wasn't swept out.Edward K.

The uhaul had trash from the last person who rented still in the back. It only had a quarter of a tank of gas in it, so I ended up putting more gas then I should have in it. And apparently when I returned it sunday, they didn't check it in Sunday, the following Friday. Will never rent one from there again.Joshua C.

The trailer had fire ants in it. My boyfriend and son had to clean it out before we could load it up. They also got bit.Ruby H.
I make a complaint, they charge to me for a dolly they don't give me, I have to wait for one hour to receive the truck, I have to pay to the 3 movers for time they don't work becauseREYNALDO G.
I scheduled online for pick up at 4:45. No one was there. I was able contact JJ's and she told me they were closed and why did uhaul let me schedule that time? But she set me up with correct trailer over the phone and it worked out fine.Steven J.

The office was what looked like a shed, no signage at the storefront very confusing. It was closed, There was a young lady outside the office that may have been on a lunch break sitting in a car with someone else and told us to just drop the key in the box she would take care of it...I was not very comfortable with that arrangement so I made sure to take photos of the mileage and the truck. I did get a email about an hour later that it processed our charges.CHRISTINA W.
