This was our saving grace - couldn't find a 10ft moving truck in the state of Kentucky and luckily after calling U-Haul customer service they were able to locate one not too far out of the way. He stayed open after closing to deliver the truck. We were very grateful.

candice sThe location is closed on Saturdays which is the day most folks need to rent a uhaul. We opted to use mobile pick up which turned out to be a disaster. We watched the video with instructions and read the email in full and no where did it say that if you don’t arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time that your reservation would be cancelled. My husband had to wait on the phone for an hour and half past the time we planned to begin moving to make a whole new reservation and even then we ended up picking up a truck but it did not have the dolly in it that we requested. Overall not happy with our experience. Please put details in instructions about their being a deadline before your reservation is cancelled.
