Despite booking a 20' truck from this location weeks in advance u-haul called me a day before to tell me the only location I could use was on the opposite side of the city, and that this location never hosted large trucks.

Yasin OExcellent, quick, polite service. Everything was explained professionally including all charges at the time of oickup . The only drawback, which had nothing to do with the location is the corporate false advertising indicating a $20 charge plastered on the vehicle. Why not advertise truthfully? Why hide the fine print? As a corporation, you can do better.
