Called ahead and I was told truck trailer would be ready when I got there. It was not cleaned or hooked up when I showed an hour after calling.

BRIAN BDelora was super helpful! Waited there to make sure I could pick up my truck, as my original location didn't have the truck and I had to drive an extra half hour to get it in Junction City, but I called and Delora said no problem for her to wait a bit!

I would have preferred to pick up our rental in Manhattan, KS., but they didn't have the size rental I needed available. It was a twenty-minute drive to this location to pick up the rental.

JORDAN DTruck was NOT swept out before we used and trash and looked like a drink was spilled. We had issues this morning 12/27 the truck wouldn’t start and the key was stuck and roadside helped but made us late to our destination.

Robert TTrailer was mowed around, extremely hard to get off the ground to load. Dolly and blankets were in the trailer. I reserved a dolly and was told they didn’t have one.
