It was a busy morning and there was a little wait. I was told originally I could pick up at 8:00 AM then received a message I could not pick up until 9:00AM, we did not get out untill almost 10:00, that was just staffing not the fought of U haul. The staff at the Joelton are absolutely wonderful very nice and pleasant. Please keep this location open we love the ease of convenience to our small community. I will most definitely use this location again if needed.

Communication is horrible with you guys. Representatives with Truck Share putting customers on hold for 30 minute increments, twice, then hanging up the phone. Unheard of behavior. We reserved a pickup for 6am and after 4 hours of crazy communication received our rental at 10:30 am only to be carelessly overcharged. Not sure we'll be returning customers!

RANDY BWhile the final pickup location was great, the INITIAL pickup location which was changed without me being notified by email or phone. This resulted in a 1 hour delay in having to drive 30 additional miles out of my way. This put me an additional 2 hours late getting my move completed which could have been avoided with s simple communication from UHaul.
