Pick-up went fine, other than it was unclear that the office was down a muddy and pothole ridden gravel lane. The car dolly was in sitting in very tall weeds, but I was able to hook up relatively easily. (it had just rained, so there were mud puddles everywhere) Equipment worked as it should, and I returned the dolly around 3pm the same day. I spoke to Stephanie on the phone, and she indicated that she would come out to check in the dolly later, and that I could leave. (I should have forced the issue to make her check me back in) I left, but noticed that my rental was still active the next day. I called the location, but went to voicemail and mailbox was full. I contacted UHaul support on the app, and they sent a message to the location to close out my rental. I received my final receipt, but noticed that they had added insurance, which I had declined when making the reservation. I contacted support again, and they processed a refund for the insurance. Overall, I would say this location should be used as a last resort. UHaul customer service saved the day twice.
