I returned the equipment 18 minutes pirior after cleaning it and they charged me for one extra day saying I returned the truck after 30 mins of rental. In conversation with Uhaul since I have date time stamped pics. Beware of Joe's Landscape in Woodinville as a rental location - the truck was not cleaned prior as well. We believe , there is understaffing or just plain lack of basic check in check out times protocols. After I pointed of several scratches on the truck body and asked the rep to attach damage stickers, I was just told " we don't have stickers and we don't do it here". Stay off this rental location.
Mohan S24/7 Drop off at this location is not ideal. There is limited space in front of the location. Another truck was being dropped off at the same time, so we had to wait for them to move to try and park the truck and trailer in front of the location on a very busy street. There are no trespassing signs on the property yet you have to walk on to the property to drop off the keys for the U-Haul.
KAYA FI filled out everything online but it took a very long time for the person at the desk to get through the rental process. I had to provide info I already provided, and had to give names for 2 references. Very strange.
Rebecca CPlease add a clear sign that after hours drop-off is on the shoulder. Current sign with an arrow is a bit confusing.
