Wendell SBusiness was closed at 10am when we showed up. Had to wait 15 min for the owner to come back and check us in for the u-haul. He had trouble renting it out to us for 20+ minutes, and then I just went ahead and did the mobile pickup option myself because of this and that took another 20 minutes. All of this resulted in us being late for our client for the day. On top of all this, he charged us for blankets and use of the dolly in the truck which we didn’t even touch.
Brian TNo employee was on staff at the pickup time and had to wait once someone arrived. Wasn't open at the time I was told for return.
