Business was closed at 10am when we showed up. Had to wait 15 min for the owner to come back and check us in for the u-haul. He had trouble renting it out to us for 20+ minutes, and then I just went ahead and did the mobile pickup option myself because of this and that took another 20 minutes. All of this resulted in us being late for our client for the day. On top of all this, he charged us for blankets and use of the dolly in the truck which we didn’t even touch.

No employee was on staff at the pickup time and had to wait once someone arrived. Wasn't open at the time I was told for return.

JOSEPH DThe owner of the location, the truck and the service were outstanding. The only problem I had was the mobile App. Maybe it was my fault, but there is way too much advertising/marketing when signing onto the App. When "signing out" turning the truck back in there was nothing simple about just going direct to the "signing out" process. A simple stand alone process of going direct to the "sign out" narrative would be more user friendly.
