The lady that helped was quick. She asked a couple questions. Checked the truck for mileage and fuel. Looked the unit over. I parked the truck where she said to park it. Done. I am very happy with the return process.

dale sJoey’s was great. Uhaul as a company provides terrible customer service through thr reservation system. My reservation was cancelled twice and the person that I spoke with wouldn’t look at Hillsboro as an option. I called Joey’s directly and made the reservation without the hassle of dealing with the rude uhaul telephone customer service representatives. Thanks Joey’s, You Rock!!!

Dennis MI was very frustrated to have driven over 30 miles out of the way to pick up the trailer that wasn't even there,. The location did provide a bigger trailer at the same price, which was nice. However, I was supposed to hook it up by myself, which was impossible due to the weight. We had to wait to find someone to help. What should have taken 10 min took almost an hour of my time.
Rosanne EThey were rude at pick up and didn't even acknowledge me for at least 15 mins and the guy was literally sitting right at the counter. So therefore we were late to start packing the uhaul, which cut into our time having it!! I will never pick up from that location ever again!!

Randall MI needed the truck at 9 Am. U-Haul set me up for online check in. Joey's Pizza doesn't do online check in even though I was scheduled by U-Haul to do so. During scheduling, U-Haul told me there would be someone to check me in at 10 Am. No one could do it till 2 Pm. I had to load and unload the dolly and moving pads.

LARISSA TThis is the last UHaul dealer in the Hillsboro area. So we don't have much choice. The cab floor was muddy and the bed had not been swept. BUT...the truck ran great, was easy to handle, and got 7.5 miles per gallon. I would certainly use U-Haul again.

Amy BFirst stop over overcharging people . I had to pay 40.00 exter for no reason . The woman did my rental was very rude . Do not give joey,s pizza no U-Haul business . I called the district manager an told him what happened an was overcharged . I would not recommend renting anything from Joey's pizza .

Gary LI got charge almost $50 43$ something for only going over my milage by 12 or 13 miles and was told on the weekemd its either 65 cents or 99 cents so please tell me how i got chathed so much?

Sandra RThe folks at this location were trying to be helpful. Their printer was not. I wish your policy was to pick the truck up full of gas, and return it the same way. When we picked it up, it had three-eighths of a tank. Not knowing how much the trip would take, I filled the tank (Seventy plus dollars worth) and ended up turning the truck in with at least three quarters of a full tank. U-Haul got the best of that situation.
Greg RHave help or jack to lift trailer tongue. It took 3 people to lift it. Connection did not occur for 20 minutes. Must have lifted it 7 times or so.

Mikey PThe self check in/out app is crap. Locked me out of my original reservation (0600 and arrived 0604) and then sent me to a return location that was 10 mile further than my original return location and charged me the extra miles. Won’t use again and has turned me off U-Haul in general.

RANDAL LThe check in process was to involved. All the information was done online. There needs to be a better way of doing this.
Sharon STruck smelled inside but ran great. The bed of truck was dirty. Worst thing they did was charge me for 2,5 gallons of gas even though I returned it with same amount that was in it when I got it

ONeil FThe employee seemed unaware we had rented the UHAUL online and kept repeating herself that it HAD to be back by noon the next day which we had planned to do! She had never done an online pick up. So if you offer a service make sure the employee knows how to complete the task. Without being rude!
Corey BI had a reservation for a 26 ft truck at 6am for a mobile check in. I arrived to get the truck only to find no internet service, the owner of the store who said he could not help me and no contract. I spent almost 2 hrs on the phone, with shoddy service, trying to talk to U-Haul. I was hung up on 3 times. When I finally talked to a lady from the Cincinnati office, she told me to just take the truck. She apologized and said this shouldn't have happened like it did. She said she was going to credit my account. When someone from the store finally came in that had anything to do with U-Haul, they told me they don't even do mobile check ins at the their location. This was a huge hassle and made me 3 hrs late for my pickup. I will look for a better option next time I need to rent a truck. As of right now, I paid full price for a most unprofessional and chaotic service. I don't need that.
MARK BU have very bad phone service out there.
Kendra BUnfortunately there was confusion as I was asked an estimate on mileage. It was a local tea yak as I was not going of state. My card was charged $249 for this rental! We took it back 24hrs early with only 38miles used and was charged $67 dollars for a rental that we only used 6hrs!! Not happy at all as I should have only been charged the 19.95 plus tax!! Total scam for money!!
Chad Nwent to pick up our truck it wasn’t there , the worker did call us when it arrived 2 hours later so we could still get the truck but we lost 4 hours of our 24 hour rental , the truck had mud in the back of it , they did give us a discount on the truck price so I appreciate that !!

BILL MThis place was very fun down and out of the way. The truck was way overpriced, And then I was charged for extra mileage on top of that, so the computer miscalculated or someone lied about the trucks odometer reading before I got it. The truck got about 8 mpg on average, so be prepared to invest a ridiculous amount of money in gas.
