Location is run down and owner is an older gentleman who doesn’t understand the functionality of the U-Haul application. No lockbox so vehicle can only be picked up during business hours.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThey had no idea what they were doing or how to do it and couldn’t find anybody to have a password to login. I also believe that I got overcharged for fuel and mileage… I will never use U-Haul again.
