The U-Haul app is sub-par. The screen to review your drop off details is not available - the app takes you right past it, even if you try to click on one of the “helpful videos “. The app needs to be reviewed from a customer-use perspective.

Owner was rude and not friendly. He wanted me to park trailer in the ditch. Which is stupid. Not a good experience.
Douglas CThe address is a run down parking lot with no guidance to where to drop it off. Thankfully a guy came out from the store to direct us other wise I wouldn’t have known who to speak too. I think a sign or something pointing to the store would be beneficial
