Young man checking me in was very helpful and answered all my questions. Gave clear directions while backing up t the trailer and helped verify all lights were functional before we departed. Was a great experience and highly recommend anyone needing U-Haul's services to use this location.

Easy to pick up and return.
Sarah LPickup and experience was great, but the alignment was clearly off on the truck and they had to have known it. The center of the steering wheel/logo had to be at the 11 o’clock position to go straight.
Alan BFucking worst. Was short a few dollars for gas level and was charged almost $50 on top of it. they then defended it by saying “it was a little below a quarter of a tank” fucking idiots. I wouldn’t recommend anyone even use the restroom there, if they even have one!

Joanna SWe love Johnson's Hardware!!!!! Uhal needs to do a better job of maintenance on the trucks!! We had caution lights and fuel cap issues which I believe caution greater use of fuel for the mileage we traveled!! So, please take care of your truck better!!! I know for a fact that Johnson's has reported these issues to you on several of the trucks!! DO YOUR JOB!!! JOHNSON'S IS PHENOMENAL!!! Sincerely,

Patricia AEmployee hooked trailer up with chains dragging on the ground. 2 hours into our drive 2 different cars pulled up to us on the highway yelling something about fire and sparking. So we pulled over and researched online and found that the chains should be 5 inches off the ground. We fixed it. Employee should have known this. He also did not check our brake lights and turn signals on the trailer to make sure they worked before we left the lot.

MISTY NThis reservation was actually perfect. My next reservation was absolute chaos. I ordered a 20 ft truck they gave me a 17ft truck. Had to get a trailer and they gave me a round trip instead of one way (Arkansas to Kentucky). Been on the phone with over 15 people and no one has been able to do anything. This last phone call from lynnview in Kentucky tried to make up information on the spot about the truck sizes. I'm so tired of being passed around

CHIEF SOverall, the experience was good, and the staff was nice. One negative: the vehicles were parked quite tightly together in the parking lot, so I had difficulty getting out.
everett dStaff was an hour late so my 8am reservation turned into 8:45 so I was late bringing it back also my trip was all local pick up and drop off things and I got charged for 69mi 😳😳 thats an awful lot for just in town pick up and drop off between the college and the mall. Overall the truck did its job. Feel goudged tho
