Karen WhiteI ordered the equipment on a Tuesday expecting for it to be ready the following Saturday. The app was working for the self service. They hadn’t process the truck so I had to wait a hour for the store to open. Then the employ try to act like it was responsible for there being a problem. Once I told her when I made the reservation and showed her the confirmation number she go very quite and stopped her attitude. The truck had been smoked in and the back was not cleaned out. Also the truck I was given was parked behind other trucks. I had to go back into the store and have them move them. So even if they had process the order correctly and the app actually worked I still would have had my truck when I ordered it. Given that this was a $700 cost I’m probably not using uhaul again.

I had a bit of a hiccup on my last rental where I kept the unit longer than my contract period but when I returned it the gentleman was kind. He promptly closed my contract at no additional cost.
Kody PaitThe 15' truck rented was a little rough and probably needs to have some service tended to. The staff at Johnson's hardware however were helpful, courteous and quickly got us on our way. The truck was clean, but mechanically it felt like something in the transmission might be slipping or it was slow to down shift. It made the 150 mile trip however without incident and for that we are most grateful.

Todd TaylorTruck driver side door was very hard to close. Wind noise was awful… had to shout to passenger to be heard. Also, my reservation was made to be truckshare 24/7 but because I was a few minutes late, I could not get my truck. Wasted 30 min going into the store after customer service agent could not resolve. What is the point of 24/7 if you have a tight window for pickup? Very frustrating!,!

I am guessing they have seen this before because they knew exactly what to do to help with the unlock. In a short period of time, we were on our way. Thanks for the great customer service.

Jake HoweBoth the truck that I rented and the customer service was very poor and frankly unacceptable. I have rented from this location in the past without problems, but with this rental, they took very little accountability or action for sending me out with a dangerous vehicle. One tire was less than half way inflated (to which they said the light was errantly on. When I check the pressure myself it was 30/80 and I spent a lot of time and labor to refill it before I could travel), the check engine light was on the entire time, the air conditioner did not work, and the lock on the back gate was broken from what appeared to be a previous break in to the truck so I could not safely secure the truck and my belongings. None of this was disclosed or accounted for beforeI drove off of the lot and I had to slowly discover each issue. When I complained, they downplayed each issue and when I tried to really reinforce that it is their responsibility to check and repair the trucks, not mine as the customer, they took a meager amount off of my rental charges. I should not have had to pay as much as I did for this experience (total cost of more than $250). I did call to report this to the corporate Uhaul customer service level. They seemed concerned and said a regional manager would reach out to me to help resolve the issue. They never did. I would still love some support on this one if anyone is able.

LONNIE MCALLISTERThe service was great. The service was informative and pleasant both when I picked up the truck and delivered it back to the lot. They were understanding when I forgot to fill it back up. I had parked it back in the space and realized I didn't fill it back up and just paid the extra for them to do so.. I will always go there to rent a uhaul from them. It's my second visit and both times were very pleasant.
