Not charge me for gas refill fees totalling $50 after I return the truck with gas refilled to the level it left with.

Urip WThere were no parking spots when I got to the place. There were some parking spots to the south of the building where I saw another car parked. I let them know that I would be dropping off the U-Haul after hours (8:45-9:00). I got back and my car was behind a locked gate. I was not informed that I could not park there and they did not call either to let me know. I got the car the next morning so it’s fine, but yall gotta have a better system or at least put a sign up that says “this gate locks after hours”

MONTSERRAT CThere was a bad odor in the vehicle, I notice there was a container underneath the passenger seat it looked like old food or something else so I took the container out and the odor went away. So I disinfected the cab so I recommend the employees check the trucks thoroughly.
STEVEN PMade it 30 miles most of which were unloaded before I blew a tire. I assume the tire was damaged. The rear tire on the same side had recently been replaced and all 6 lug nuts were put on backwards. Better inspections of the trailers should be done. The staff at this location was super helpful and kind.

DAREN SI'd say that the employees were friendly and helpful. My issue was with the truck itself. The battery died right when I had the truck full and ready to drive to Tulsa, OK. I ended up having to trash the bed and couch because it wouldn't fit in my truck. I ended up finally just jumping the truck and dropping it off back at the rental, I never receive a refund or an appoligy. You should not rent out a vehicle with out having checked it out. You could see just by lifting the hood that the battery was bad and had a great deal of corrosion.

Timothy MThis location was too busy and the parking lot was too crowded to offer a great pick up experience. The workers were great and handled the rush of customers well, but the phone was ringing off the hook and no one was there to answer. I don't think anyone shopping in the hardware store would have any customer service with the busyness of the U-Haul counter. The parking lot was tight and disorganized.

AVIVA GU-Haul truck we rented did not have a full tank of gas if they insisted we had to return it with a full tank of gas. Additionally, the air conditioner did not work in the U-Haul truck they rented us so would not use U-Haul again.

ZACHARY SA bunch of kids were running the store, and it was somewhat of a mess...the back of the trailer was dirty and had plastic left over from the previous customer. Nothing was reviewed with me about the function of the trailer or any safety issues.

David OThe location was supposed to be closed on Sunday, and I was planning to just do a mobile drop off. I went ahead and completed the mobile drop off, but there were several customer service reps there who helped me park the truck and who took the keys.
