JASON HReserved a 15 ft truck and they called and gave me a 20 ft for the same price because they did not have that. Was pleased at the start of service! However, Had a dirty truck, cleaned it and spoke with several managers about getting a partial refund, fairly quickly. We thought they would take care of it. Rented the truck for two days, returned it the first day after cleaning and drying it out to move. Used less miles that thought and what not. Still paid around $96, which was not discounted. Will definitely use a different location or service next time.

KVIN AFirst of all, and most important to me is that Jessica and Bianca are highly valuable employees. Both ladies are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and have strong communication skills. This was my first time renting from U-Haul or any similar company. I have always had a tow vehicle (and trailer), but it's down right now. I needed a one-day, in-town rental and Jessica provided a thorough and clear explanation of the various options and terms related to renting a U-Haul truck or trailer. She took my reservation and handled the check-out procedure, doing an excellent job with both. Bianca took care of my check-in, and it went just as smoothly as the check-out. The truck had very low mileage <20k, was very clean and drove very well. I have already raved about them and the positive experience to several people. I was also very surprised at how affordable it was (one day rental, <$90 for the 20' truck, driven 41 miles). I wasn't moving, which can be quite a challenge (pain in the a$$), but if I was, the U-Haul rental would have helped things go smoothly. I will definitely be renting again and from the same facility since that is where Bianca and Jessica are. Very highly recommended across the board!

Kevin JGreat: on a good note the young lady at the desk for check out was great and knew what she was doing . BAD: Easier customer service when you call if there is an issue, Sit on hold Sunday for over a Hour and 10 minutes on Sunday and when we got to a human they would tell you something and place you back on hold and the Que then another operator would pick up and say the same thing. and the app would not let you modify your reservation.

TINA TJessica was absolutely 💯 Awesome, understanding, and helped us in every way to the end. We had an initial absolutely terrible experience but she brought us comfort that UHAUL did not specialize in dissatisfactory customer services. This was my very first time as a UHAUL customer. Nate, the manager, at 1700 Red Wolf, (the initial pick-up spot) is a pathological narcissistic individual who does not need to be a manager. He tried to decline our reservation within five minutes because he wanted to know the final destination. After he asked was this for a move, and was told, "yes" next he said, "Give me the address for the final destination". I was not there alone and had a witness to this he continued to try and usurp his authority each time I asked why about a process that I was completely unaware from the smooth process I had securing the reservation with 1-800-GO-UHAUL because we were running out of time. Everytime he was asked anything we were unaware of he always threatened to cancel the reservation. He claimed we had no reservation in the system so he had to start it over which required a different information process. However, this is when I caught his lie when he never asked my insurance choice which was SAFE MOVE PLUS. When he said he had that information in the system already l responded how you said there was no information then he claimed I was trying to be difficult.This man was and is a stranger how do you just answer a question for the use of the equipment then ask for specific addresses. I also witnessed him ask another female customer the same intrusive questions. He referred to UHAUL equipment as "mine, his, my" all three words were used to the describe equipment, and the location to which he does not own. I was very alarmed by his behavior and do not recommend that he has access on any level to UHAUL customers personal information. Jessica reassured me that UHAUL thrives on the customer experience. She made me laugh. She went above and beyond to secure my confidence in UHAUL as a reputable company. Nate was obtrusive, egomaniac, and intrusive the less I said the more passive aggressive he became it was stressful, aggravating, alarming experience. As a first time user, no one should ever think I will never use this company again but Jessica and Andrew at the Neil location crested a peaceful transition and I am thankful for their wonderful professionalism. I am now indeed excited to say I am a UHAUL customer and I hope it stays that way. Thank you.
