joanne lOver charged on second rental and a charge for the drop location. Pickup and drop of location was predetermined and the original price quoted for each rental was the same. Called to discuss and was told the charge stands.

Tom MBusiness was closed and had difficulty doing online check in because cell service was so poor. Might have been better if somebody was there to do the check in, but cannot recommend for off hours.

ALBERTO Mmy second drop off too Jorges, always kind and helpful,, was scheduled to drop off in Williston FL since it was 15 miles closer to my home, paid an extra 7.00 for this location for some reason, when we showed up, the gate was locked, but they were open, we called them and they told us they were not taking any more Uhaul drop-offs, and no one called me or notified me that I could not drop off in Williston, so I called the Dunnellon location and they told me to bring it to them and not to worry, since it was another 17 miles away now and my drop off time was going to be late because of the Williston location denying drop off, Jorge and his asst took care of everything and did not charge me the late fee since it was the Williston Uhaul locations fault, I highly recommend Jorges at the Dunnellon Location, thank you

Michele ONot the pick up locations fault but I wanted to rent in Gainesville. However nothing was available. I've had this issue before as my kids have attended college there for 8 years. Supply does not meet the demand. Then I was sent to a haul in Williston but that got changed night before pickup. After all the final ended up costing me almost $7.00 in extra miles. The pickup to drop off is 128 miles, I was only given 110 miles. Not a good outcome or experience.
