The u-haul app is really unreliable, it kept asking me to take pictures of the vehicle over and over. After I wasted a good half hour uploading the vehicle images. I got frustrated I called and After the transfer my call a couple times. The guy said to me, we're having issues with the app just leave the car and throw the keys in thebox, by. If the app was having issues they should have notified me with contact number to call. So I don't keep dealing with that. Poor experience overall with u-haul company

It was on a holiday and roadside assistance wasn't able to get it fixed until the next day so my husband, my roommate and I all had to miss work to unload and return it, but Uhaul still charged my card for the extra day even though it was not my fault and they have not responded to any of my emails.
