Didn't have a solution for the purchase of the wrong ball for my jeep the whole rental was loud and not right. Just told me to drop the trailer anywhere and left my reservation open for so long I got emails saying I was past due renting. Had called and chat with customer service not till dawn who got a email over could ahold of this location. They might wanna focus on rvs vs poorly run uhaul location.
