I had reserved a truck. When I went in to pick up the truck they had tge truck. However, the lady in duty had no clue how to do a rental. She apologized and said she was not trained on how to do a rental. I explained that I had a reservation, showed her the reservation number and explained that she needed to find someone who knew.I had a moving crew ready to move and I needed the truck that day. She eventually found the keys and asked me to see if they started the truck in which they did. She said I could have the truck. I asked her if she needed me to do any paperwork or if she wanted to make a copy of my ID. Then she was like 'oh yes'. So she took a picture of my ID and I gave her my address and phone number. I also made her aware that the gas tank was under empty before I took the truck. Later the Uhaul place called me and got my information by phone. I was also overcharged. I think the store charged me and the Uhaul place charged me.

Benjamin Z.I'm very frustrated, not necessarily with the owner of Joy Food Mart, but with Uhaul Customer-NON -Service!!! The JFM owner hadn't processed a return yet. I was the first. He had very little idea of what he was doing. I don't blame him! He accidentally marks that I did not clean out the truck. when I pointed this out when he wanted me to sign, he said he had no idea how to take it out and I should call customer Service. I repeatedly tried C S by leaving my call back number. an hour later a got a call back and said I would next. The phone rings several times and Uhaul hangs up on me!!! I eventually pretending to be ordering a rental, and I got a real person, who could only affirm the photos shows it is clean. I am furious about all the time and still no help! Please call me for remedy!
