Here is a head's up. I was originally booked for a mobile pick-up since Lucky's Pizza who manage the U-Haul service was going to be closed. The link to video on how to do the mobile pick-up was sent to me by someone at your main office, but it didn't work. So I called Lucky's directly on how to do it and she walked me through the process. Big Problem when I downloaded the app which I thought I had done through Google Play or something...can't remember which website I tried to download from. I downloaded it and it asked for my credit/debit card number as was to be expected. However, within seconds of entering the number, I received a fraud security alert from my bank and I ended up having to block my card. So maybe there are fake sites out there for the U-Haul mobile app? Fortunately, the woman who manages the U-Haul rentals at Lucky's allowed me to come in early on her day off (I absolutely needed the truck because I had to move by 5/1) and give her a friend's credit card number to use instead. She was very accommodating about this solution. I could have paid cash deposit instead but she said that they couldn't accept cash.
William RLuckys was a great experience for me. The customer service was excellent at pick up and returning. The truck was very clean and parking lot was well maintained and safe. The traffic department for U Haul provided a rental for me during the busiest time of the year which was most appreciated. I highly recommended Luckys as a dealer and it’s a great place to eat as well. Sincerely

ROBERT SMy initial reservation was for a different location but when I called them to ask to pick the truck up early, they said they couldn’t find a reservation for me. The only available truck was 40 minutes away at Lucky’s Pizza, so I drove there. The young lady’s customer service was great! And even though she had nothing to do with my initial reservation, she apologized for me having to drive that far.

SUSAN PEasy access, truck conveniently parked for pick up. Did lock box pick up for key. Very very good instructions. Great easy experience !!!
Lori GAll was good except there was very gas in the truck when picking it up (42 miles until empty) and upon inspection of the vehicle I realized there were no blankets, which delayed things as I had to wait until they were put together in a back room.
Richard MLuckys is one of the best and most professional locations I have ever been too ever I have been using Uhaul now for close to 40 years and this place is hands down the best and has great pizza for hungry people returning equipment after a move. That's just amazing and smart buisness . Go to return the equipment and grab some lunch or dinner when you are finished with the return and I will definitely send anyone that asks me where to get a uhaul. While the only thing that I would send to Harold Ave is code enforcement and Osha because of the sketchy crap over their.

THOMAS RHave the trailers pulled to a more level, easier to access place. We had trouble getting trailer. It was on a bit of a hill and had a lot of gravel and we got stuck and threw a lot of gravel/mud getting it. When we dropped it back off, person was not too happy that we wouldn’t take it back down and risk getting stuck. He had said he had a tractor to put it back.
