Owner tries to short you on time for rental. Same price for 1 hr or 24 hrs. He asked and i told him i needed to 6pm at q minimum, he heard 6 hrs so i was unable to complete my task as i had to return it 2 hrs early. I tried to extend on the app but it said equipment wasnt available so i took it back. I told him that i wasn't happy and he made it seem like he would make it right and let me use the trailer the next weekend but when i went to get it he was going to charge me so i told him i wasn't going to pay or rent from him again. Horrible customer service. Ive rented 8 times in last 3 years from different locations and even 1 time before from this location. Would not recommend renting from here. Uhaul gave me $25 towards the next rental so it was something but i was expecting them to cover the cost since i only needed to rent again because i was shorted time last weekend.i appreciated Cheryl's help and the $25 certificate but in this instance i really believe i wouldn't need to rent again so soon if i had just been given the equipment for 24 hours or even til 6pm. I now jave to waste more time to get another trailer and retirn it from a different location

The pick-up was fine but scheduling was a nightmare. Was sent to the wrong U-Haul , got new address to go to another was adead end with a locked fence, had to call and go get it at another location , was on a schedule and it ruined it because of your scheduling . Ruined my vacation with lack of professionalism . I want a refund !! Very disappointed in the whole situation . Only part about it was the guy at Joys food mart helping me !!
