Hard to find. Uhaul switched my dropoff location from less than ten minutes from my location to close to a hour. Location was a mud pit also hosting a auto junk yard.

Very rude, kept calling me about the truck during my move and insisting that I bring the truck to his location. Called me 3 different times. Overcharged me by 1 full day and also charged me a cleaning fee when I personally cleaned the truck out myself. Would recommend that everyone stay away. Terrible U-haul representation.

The only problem I have is with U Haul three times ive you U haul on the last three years and every time I have a issue withe reservation either it doesn't get booked or cancelled or im doible booked and they only have one no truck.The last place was awesome they help get through corporates mistake

This place is a dump (literally). It is a auto scrap yard and does not represent your brand very professionally. It didn't even have a working bathroom on site.

I was very hesitant to even drive up to this location because of how poorly it looks. There was no clear sign or indication of where exactly to drop off the trailer and there was no access to any personnel for assistance. The rest of the U-Haul trailers and trucks were located pretty far down the road from the “drop-off” point and made it very confusing trying to decide where exactly I needed to leave the trailer. There was also no physical sign anywhere stating that this location was used by U-Haul.

Let me start off by saying The gentle man was very nice, With my experience I did noticed the Inside of the cab needs improvement it needs to be wiped down There was dust build up all over the dash and there was also sticky soda in and on the sides of the cup holders from some one previous, That I'm not to worried about but The main thing about my experience that I wasn't happy about Was that I was charged 14.00 for the insurance that I was unaware of that was added that I did not have to purchase since I can use my personal motor insurance, That's something that needs to be asked bc u don't have to purchase it and u shouldn't just add it with out the renter being aware, My experience was good other than that. I would rent from this location again if I needed to but think I will reserve my own online from any U haul from now on.

Location was closed when I dropped off the truck with no Dropbox for the key. I called and left a message, once I was contacted, the dealer tried to charge me for extra day. After he got the understanding that I returned the truck on time he then tried to say I went over my mileage, which I did not. Overall, poor customer service.

The old man who actually hooked up the unit acted crazy. Impatient. Waving his arms around like a windmill and hollering, trying to provide directions. Not understandable. Everything came out OK, but he should not be dealing with customers. On the other hand, the counter man handled everything efficiently. No problem there. Equipment was OK all the way.

This is a junkyard, literally. The staff was nice and helpful but the lot screams "Stay Away"! It's like driving into a hoarders home. My two decades of driving tractor trailers was put to the test just trying to get in and out of the business.

JPC auto got low marks not because of the people there, but because they had issues with U-Haul's computer system. It was slow and wouldn't accept my credit card payment. They had to call a U-Haul rep on the phone and enter my credit card info that way. This was after equipment I requested wasn't at my preferred pick up location. I never received a text from U-Haul telling me where my equipment was. The lady at my preferred pick up location called corporate, the lady from corporate sent me to another store. That store wasn't open. I was about to go rent a Penske truck when the lady from corporate called me and told me where the equipment I needed was. Now I want to make very clear that ALL the people I dealt with were very kind, apologetic and worked diligently to resolve my issues. My review is in no way targeted at them. Instead I believe U-Haul needs to look into their online reservation system. In my experience it either works very smoothly or it is the biggest pain in the ass to deal with. Because of this I will most likely take my business to Penske. They are at most Home Depot stores in my area, in addition to other dealers.

Sorry to say, this was a very bad experience. The personnel was helpful and friendly. However, the location was very bad. When we got the uhaul and opened the door it was a small snake, yes snake fell out the door. When we got to our destination and unloaded furniture we found another baby snake. It was a very frightening experience. The unhaul location was very wet, muddy and grassy.

When I reserve, on the Uhaul website, a truck for pickup at 8 AM and the pickup location doesn't open until 9 AM, it presents for a bit of frustration. I called the owner and he rushed over and got there in about 20 minutes so I can't blame him. He didn't know he had a pick up scheduled for 8. The Uhaul truck was quite beat up too. I'm glad I got the insurance so I could not be blamed for any of it!

I had a huge nightmare that costed me alot of money. I called u haul to arrange a rental. I told them I was hauling a bobcat tractor. They told me the trailer I needed. They reserved it with my credit card. I drove 1 hour to go pick it up. The business told me that a bobcat tractor prob wouldn't fit in it but I trusted uhaul. I drove it 1 hour back to my property and sure enough it was about 6 inches too small. I drove an hour back to return the trailer that wouldn't work. I drove an hour back with a new trailer. I managed to get it loaded up. I drove it to S Florida and it fish tailed the entire way. I think there was low air pressure in the rear tires. My truck broke down when getting there and I was forced to call uhaul. I spent several hours trying to contact uhaul. The phone system was asking me to dial in the number of the person I was trying to reach and it wasn't taking me to customer service on option 3 800 gouhaul or whatever. I finally reached somebody. They promised to text me back with a location to drop it off at. They never texted me. They never even notated my account as I asked them. I finally reached somebody else from uhaul that did notate the account. I ended up having to use my Fathers truck to tow it to the uhaul place I finally found. That was a couple days ago. Calling uhaul today I found out they still hadn't even checked in the trailer. I am very disapointed. I am asking that any and all fees be waived for all this hassle. Honestly I would really like to get all my money back from the rental completely. When going back with the wrong trailer it took the renter about 2 hours on the phone to even swap it out for me. I lost several days work. This was awful. I will prob never ever use uhaul again. I would really like to get all money reimbursed and will file a better business burea complaint.

it wasn't anything wrong with the dealer just not the one I thought I was going to use. I got one further from my new home, about 7 miles when I was expecting to use one less than 2 miles from my new home.. It probably cost me a few dollars and time going that far but the experience was great otherwise

When picking up the u-haul there were some issues between u-haul reservation call center and the u-haul dealer in East Palatka Fl. The price quoted between the two were different. U-haul reservation was much lower than the dealer's price. It took one hour to complete the transaction. Complicated to say the least. When it got back to the price I was quoted, the dealer then asked the U-haul representative to complete the transaction because his computer was down!
