I went to the dealer east of where I rented first 2 weeks before I was to leave to make sure they would have a unit ready for me. Went there a few days before I was to leave to check to make sure all was ready and he had not got or even tried to get it. Told me he could not be sure he could get it and did not care. Hard to find. Uhaul switched my dropoff location from less than ten minutes from my location to close to a hour. Location was a mud pit also hosting a auto junk yard.Mark B.

Very rude, kept calling me about the truck during my move and insisting that I bring the truck to his location. Called me 3 different times. Overcharged me by 1 full day and also charged me a cleaning fee when I personally cleaned the truck out myself. Would recommend that everyone stay away. Terrible U-haul representation.Robert B.

The only problem I have is with U Haul three times ive you U haul on the last three years and every time I have a issue withe reservation either it doesn't get booked or cancelled or im doible booked and they only have one no truck.The last place was awesome they help get through corporates mistakeLouis G.

I was very hesitant to even drive up to this location because of how poorly it looks. There was no clear sign or indication of where exactly to drop off the trailer and there was no access to any personnel for assistance. The rest of the U-Haul trailers and trucks were located pretty far down the road from the â€œdrop-offâ€ point and made it very confusing trying to decide where exactly I needed to leave the trailer. There was also no physical sign anywhere stating that this location was used by U-Haul.Kelsey C.
Let me start off by saying The gentle man was very nice, With my experience I did noticed the Inside of the cab needs improvement it needs to be wiped down There was dust build up all over the dash and there was also sticky soda in and on the sides of the cup holders from some one previous, That I'm not to worried about but The main thing about my experience that I wasn't happy about Was that I was charged 14.00 for the insurance that I was unaware of that was added that I did not have to purchase since I can use my personal motor insurance, That's something that needs to be asked bc u don't have to purchase it and u shouldn't just add it with out the renter being aware, My experience was good other than that. I would rent from this location again if I needed to but think I will reserve my own online from any U haul from now on.himman A.

Location was closed when I dropped off the truck with no Dropbox for the key. I called and left a message, once I was contacted, the dealer tried to charge me for extra day. After he got the understanding that I returned the truck on time he then tried to say I went over my mileage, which I did not. Overall, poor customer service.Mechelle J.

The old man who actually hooked up the unit acted crazy. Impatient. Waving his arms around like a windmill and hollering, trying to provide directions. Not understandable. Everything came out OK, but he should not be dealing with customers. On the other hand, the counter man handled everything efficiently. No problem there. Equipment was OK all the way.vincent H.

JPC auto got low marks not because of the people there, but because they had issues with U-Haul's computer system. It was slow and wouldn't accept my credit card payment. They had to call a U-Haul rep on the phone and enter my credit card info that way. This was after equipment I requested wasn't at my preferred pick up location. I never received a text from U-Haul telling me where my equipment was. The lady at my preferred pick up location called corporate, the lady from corporate sent me to another store. That store wasn't open. I was about to go rent a Penske truck when the lady from corporate called me and told me where the equipment I needed was. Now I want to make very clear that ALL the people I dealt with were very kind, apologetic and worked diligently to resolve my issues. My review is in no way targeted at them. Instead I believe U-Haul needs to look into their online reservation system. In my experience it either works very smoothly or it is the biggest pain in the ass to deal with. Because of this I will most likely take my business to Penske. They are at most Home Depot stores in my area, in addition to other dealers.jason P.
