I have problems where I dropped it off at. They did not report it back to the computer and U-Haul kept calling my phone. It was terrible

This was not my original Pick up location. I had reserved the trialer with a pick up time of 8:00 AM. I showed up at 8:10 and the place was not open. I waited until 9:45 and then called the uhaul phone number. They were very helpfull and found another open location 15 minutes away. Very frustrating and I was over 1.5 hours late!
