James bI had a reservation at this location for 1 o’clock, I got there at exactly 1 o’clock and they said they had decided to take a late lunch so I had to wait. When I came back, I was expecting to get help when I got there shortly before 5 PM. I called ahead of time to let them know I was coming and they informed me that they already left for the day because it’s Friday. When I got there, I was unable to detach the trailer myself, it was hot and I was getting overheated. I called to ask them how to Detach the trailer and the guy told me it’s very simple… But I couldn’t do it so he then told me to go to the neighbors and ask for help. There was no neighbor. It was a junkyard and no one was there. I had to flag down somebody passing by to help me, it was overwhelming, exhausting, and I’ll never go back there!
