Lisa R.Had major problems with this vehicle starting out picked up very dirty empty bottles in cab mud on inside of doors. Air conditioner did not work had to stop and get air conditioner charged so we did not roast. Check engine light on the whole way of trip and then truck broke down had to wait over 3 hours towed to a shop had to wait another 3 hours for repair missed our deadline of picking up our shipment. The company that I was going to pick up equipment for end up calling another vendor to do so because I had a unreliable vehicle. U-Haul representative was supposed to be in contact with me have not heard a word from anyone. I rent U-Hauls on a weekly basis but I'm considering going back to Penske if this is not handled correctly.

Keith R.I would suggest a back up camera on the 26' box truck as most are not used to driving something like that. Luckily I am used to 53' trailers. Also if the mirrors are adjustable that would be great as not everyone will have the same POV. Along with heated as the morning I took off with it the mirrors were saturated with dew.

LOGAN L.We waited at this location for over 20 minutes in the office and nobody came to help help us. We decided to call and nobody answered. We left the keys in the drop box, left a message to call us ASAP that the truck has been turned in properly and still at 8pm, we have never received a call. We turned it in at 9:05 am. I called Uhaul to let them know the situation and was told I should have waited at the business—how long was my question?!?! I hope you consider your relationship with Jrs sales in St. Clairsville, OH- that was not a pleasant experience for us worrying that things would not be taken care of properly. I

richard H.It was the one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received. Lady on phone went out of her way to make the situation resolvable and convenient. Considering I called to cancel due to hassle of digital registration, this was monumental. She assisted to the degree that I kept the reservation and it went really well. The location is a little remote - that's the only negative.
Jennifer J.The app again failed. Had to use website again and still had a very hard time uploading required photos. It took 30 minutes to return the truck when it should have been done in under 5. The online experience was terrible both for pickup and drop off and the hassle simply wasn't worth the effort. If I need for a moving truck in the future this experience will definitely have contemplating using another company the next time.
Joe D.I always use this location when I rent a truck but this last experience was not stellar. I requested to change my reservation and it was never notated. I had to call the main line, speak with 2 different reps before the problem was resolved. Upon picking up my truck, the remote key thing wasn't working properly and it took nearly 45 minutes and 2 additional phone calls to actually get in the truck. Furthermore, why advertise office hours, when you're technically not there during that time? Hopefully my next experience won't be as bad as this one.

Timothy G.This trailer was NOT at the location that the guy that confirmed my reservation said it would be. It even had the wrong location on the paperwork. When I went to pick up the trailer the guy did not know anything about it and looked up my reservation number and directed me to the dealer who had it. Total waste of my time.

Donna S.We reserved a 26' truck at 7pm in my old city. The day before pickup I was told my location changed to another city down the road 13 miles past my old city amd that it was a 24/7 pick up location and the 7pm pick up was fine. After arrival the next day at 7pm we were told by a employee that location did not do a 24/7 pickup and that I should of came earlier! We were not able to get a truck then that night and forced to make another reservation for the following morning! I was told I would receive a 50 credit to my order but this was never carried over to my new reservation and I was charged the full price the next morning with my next reservation. To make a long story short my experience was very bad with uhaul this time around. I had to load and unload my truck with half the help I would of had if my pickup was on time! Very tired and very disappointed.
