Customer service was less than helpful or friendly. She acted like we were bothering her for even showing up. Uhaul trailer had a flat tire.

The back of the truck should be clean and when you return the truck, somebody should be at the office so I’m not standing around waiting for somebody and then have to call customer service to return. The truck will ridiculous.
